Email [email protected]. It is read by a person and replies usually go out within a couple of days.
Especially useful
-
A tool gave a wrong answer. Send the input you used and what you expected. This is the most valuable kind of message we get.
-
A tool you need that does not exist here. Describe the job rather than the tool — the underlying task is often solvable a better way.
-
Something broke in your browser. Tell us which browser and version, and what you were doing.
Please note
We cannot recover a file for you. Local tools keep input in your browser; server-backed converters delete uploaded sources, intermediate files, and results after 30 minutes. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Requesting a tool
There is a public board for this at Request a tool, and it is a better route than email: requests are visible, so a job several people need is obvious rather than being one message in an inbox. Email is the right choice when the request describes something you would rather not post publicly — an internal workflow, a client’s file format, a process you would prefer not to name.
Either way, describe the job and not the tool. “I need to send a 200 KB PDF to a portal that rejects anything larger” is more useful than “add a compressor”, because the first tells us what finished looks like and the second assumes an answer.
Your data
There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to sign in to, nothing stored against you, and nothing to delete. Sign-in and accounts were removed on 3 September 2026. If you signed in before that and want the row we kept removed, email us and we will delete it — there is no form and no approval step.
Write to us instead if you want to know what is held about you before deciding, if a deletion did not appear to work, or if you are exercising a right under GDPR or another data protection law. If you signed in before 3 September 2026, say which address you used, so the row kept from back then can be found. There is nothing else to match a request against.
Payments and subscriptions
Every tool on this site is free and there is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to bill, cancel or refund. If you are looking at a charge from Prathom on a statement, it predates 3 September 2026 — email us with the date and we will look into it. Never send full card details to us or to anybody else.
Reporting a security problem
If you have found a vulnerability, email it rather than posting it, and include enough detail to reproduce it. We would rather hear about a problem early and awkwardly than late and publicly. Please do not run automated scanners, load tests, or anything that degrades the service for other people while testing — the conversion queue is a single machine and a scan is indistinguishable from abuse while it is happening.
What we cannot do
-
Recover a file. Nothing is kept, by design. See the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long.
-
Process files for you. Every tool here is self-service, and sending a document to us would put a copy somewhere the site is built to avoid.
-
Advise on whether a result is legally sufficient. A redaction, a signature, or a metadata strip does what the tool page says it does; whether that satisfies a court, a regulator, or a client is not something we can answer for you.
Response times
A couple of days is typical and a week is the outside case. There is no support queue, no ticket number and no automated first reply — the mail goes to a person. If a message has gone unanswered for longer than a week, sending it again is reasonable and not rude.
