By using Prathom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we provide
A collection of small utilities, free to use and free to keep using. Most of them process your file or text on our server; some run entirely in your browser, and each tool page says which it is. There is no guarantee that any particular tool will remain available; tools may be changed, renamed, or withdrawn at any time.
There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to. Every tool works without one, and every tool is free.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

use the site to process material you do not have the right to process;

attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or automate access to server-backed features at a scale that degrades it for others;

use any AI-assisted feature to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content.
Your content
You keep all rights to anything you put into a tool. We claim no license over it of any kind, and nothing you submit is used to train anything or shown to anyone.
Most tools transmit your file or text to us in order to work. We receive it, process it solely to produce the result you asked for, and delete it: the thing you sent as soon as the operation finishes, and any result within 30 minutes. We do not read it, index it, or keep a copy beyond that window.
Some tools — every calculator, every developer tool, and a handful of others named on their own pages — do the work in your browser and transmit nothing at all. For those, we genuinely do not receive it.
This clause said the opposite until 1 September 2026. It read "Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store it." That was true when it was written and stopped being true when the processing libraries moved to our server; the clause was not updated with them. It is corrected rather than quietly reworded because a term about what we receive is one you are entitled to see change.
The service is free
Everything on this site is free to use. There is no subscription, no paid tier, no account to create and nothing to buy — and there is no longer anywhere on the site to enter a payment detail, because we removed all of it on 3 September 2026.
Until that date this page described a paid subscription sold through a payment provider, with prices, renewals and refunds. None of that exists now. If you hold a receipt from a purchase made before then, contact us and we will deal with it individually.
We are funded by advertising. Google AdSense serves the advertisements on these pages. What that means for your data is set out in our privacy policy, which is the document that governs it.
Free does not mean unlimited. File conversion runs on a single machine, and there is a cap on how much of it one visitor may use in a day so that one person cannot take the capacity from everybody else. If you hit it, the message will say so and it clears on its own.
Free also means no promises about availability. We may change, limit or withdraw any tool at any time, and there is no service level of any kind. That is the honest position for something given away, and it is stated again under the warranty section below.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prathom is not liable for any loss of data, profit, or business arising from use of this site. Keep your own backups of anything important before processing it.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version.
